A dedicated SAAQ service
The SAAQ has a service dedicated to recognizing driving experience acquired abroad. It can influence your path, but it does not replace the mandatory PESR training.
Good to know
- Foreign experience does not replace the mandatory 125h PESR training.
- The documents and proof accepted are specified by the SAAQ. We do not provide a list, in order to avoid any error.
- Final recognition of your experience and eligibility for a class 1 licence are determined exclusively by the SAAQ.
How it fits with the program
